Manage Trash Items

Items (files and folders) deleted from My Drive are kept in the Trash for 30 days.

These items are sorted by default in descending order by 'Deleted Date'.

In the Trash page, you can perform the following actions:

  1. Restore

    ※ Items can be restored before 30 days have passed.

    Select the checkbox of the item or click the mouse right button, then click the img Restore button, and the item will be restored to its original location before it was deleted.

  2. Permanently Delete

    ※ To free up storage space, items older than 30 days are automatically permanently deleted. Permanently deleted items cannot be recovered.

    Select the checkbox of the item or click the mouse right button, then click the img Delete button, and you can permanently delete the item. Please note that permanently deleted items cannot be recovered.

  3. Empty Trash

    By clicking the img Clear Trash button, you can permanently delete all items in the trash at once. Please note that this action is irreversible.
