Change Email Account
Note: If you are an original member with ID account, see here and request Change Email Address registered in old ID account.
The email account is a mandatory field used for login and cannot be left empty.
When you do not remember your login credentials, you can find account it via Recovery Email or User Phone. Therefore, it is highly recommended to register these fields.

Sign in to the CADian web service.

Click on the profile image in the upper right corner to access the My Page menu.

Navigate to the Sign In & Security page > Sign In Credentials section > Email Account field

Click the edit button at the far right of your Email Account.

To change the email account, you need to first verify your identity. Enter your password and click the OK button.

When the Change email account modal opens, enter a new email address where you can receive a verification code.
※ Notes:

You cannot change to the same email address as your current email account.

You cannot register the same email address as your recovery email.

Click the NEXT button, and a 6-digit verification code will be sent to the entered email address.

Enter the verification code received via email and click the CONFIRM button to change your email account.

After changing your email account, please Sign Out first and Sign In again to continue using the service.
Failure Cases

The verification code does not match.
This error message is shown when you enter an incorrect verification code.
Please check the email again and enter the verification code correctly. -
The verification code has already expired.
This error message is shown when you enter the verification code after the restricted time (5 minutes).
You can click the RESEND button to receive a new verification code.
