2-Step Sign In

If you have registered and enabled 2-Step Verification from My Page, your account is securely protected by requiring an additional 2-step verification process every time you sign in.

For more information on 2-Step verification settings or disabling, please refer to 2-Step Verification.

Sign In with 2-Step Verification

  1. Click the img icon at the top-right corner of CADian website or any web services home page or directly access CADian Sign In page.

  2. Enter your CADian account email address and click the NEXT button.

  3. Enter your password and click the SIGN IN button.

  4. If the email account and password match, you will see the 2-Step Sign In page.

  5. Select the desired option between Phone or Email tab. (If you registered one factor, you will only see the registered option)

  6. If there are multiple verification factors registered for the option selected above, please select one. (Automatically selected if only one is registered)

    • Your phone number and/or email address are partially masked for security purpose.
  7. Click the SEND CODE button, and a 6-digit code will be sent to the selected 2-Step factor.

    ※ The email or SMS text message might be delayed depending on the internet connection. Please wait a moment if it does not arrive immediately.

    ※ If you still do not receive the email, first check the Spam Mailbox.

    You can also click the RESEND button to receive a new code.

  8. Enter the verification code correctly and click the CONFIRM button.

    • To change the 2-Step Factor, click the Change factor button above the Verification Code Input field and select the factor again.
  9. If the verification code is confirmed, you will be signed in successfully.

Failure Cases

  1. The verification code does not match.

    This error message is shown when you enter an incorrect verification code.
    Please double-check your email or SMS and enter the code correctly.

  2. The verification code has already expired.

    This error message is shown when you enter the verification code after the restricted time (Email: 5 minutes, SMS: 3 minutes).
    You can click the RESEND button to receive a new verification code.
