Find Your Email Account
Note: If you are an original member with ID account, see here to Find ID account.
If you've forgotten your CADian email account, you can find it via Recovery Email or User Phone registered on your account from My Page.
How to Find Your Account

Access the CADian Sign In page and click the FIND ACCOUNT button below the NEXT button.

Choose whether to find your email account by recovery email or by phone number.
① Find by Recovery Email

Enter the recovery email address registered to your account, then click NEXT.

Check the Email Account Information email sent to the address.
※ The email might be delayed depending on the internet connection. Please wait a moment if it does not arrive immediately.
※ If you still do not receive the email, first check the Spam Mailbox.
You can also click the RESEND button to receive the email again.
② Find by Phone Number

Enter the mobile number registered to your account, then click NEXT.

Make sure to check the country code. (Country code list is sorted in alphabetical order by country name)

Please enter the number without hyphens or spaces.

Check the SMS text message sent to the entered number.
※ The text message may be delayed depending on the situation. Please wait a moment if it does not arrive immediately.
※ If you still do not receive the message, click the RESEND button to receive the text again.
