You can move files to a different path in your drive.

How to move a file:

• Using action bar button

  1. Select the checkbox of the file you want to move in My Drive file list.

  2. Click the Move button from the action bar.

  3. When the Move modal window opens, select the desired destination folder.

     

     • By clicking the New Folder button, you can create a new folder in the current location.

     • By clicking the Parent button, you can navigate through multiple folders.

  4. By clicking the Move button, the selected file will be moved to the specified location.

• Using mouse right button

  1. Select the file you want to move in My Drive file list.

  2. Click the mouse right button and select the Move menu.

  3. In the Move modal window, select the desired folder.

  4. Click the New Folder button to create a new folder or use the Parent button to navigate to the desired location.

  5. By clicking the Move button, the selected file will be moved to the specified location.

Note:

• Moved files will be removed from the original path and moved to the selected destination path.

• Moving folders is not yet supported.
