In My Page > Organization Management, check the role badge (Owner/Admin/Member) shown on each organization card. The same person may have different roles in different organizations.

Invite a member as Admin (or change their role) so they can manage members, groups, serials, and settings on your behalf. Note that transferring ownership and deleting the organization remain Owner-only.

Transfer of ownership is a permanent transfer, not a temporary delegation. For temporary delegation, granting Admin is recommended.

Transfer Ownership is in the Members list Manage menu (not Settings), and ownership can only be transferred to an Admin, so it appears only on Admin member rows. If the organization has no Admin at all (you are the only Owner, or there are only Members), it is not shown. Invite another member first, and if you only have Members, change a member's role to Admin before trying again. → Member Management

This is normal. Delete Organization and Transfer Ownership are Owner-only features and are not shown to Admins. Ask the Owner if needed.

Admins can adjust the roles of Members and other Admins, but cannot change or remove the Owner. There is one Owner per organization, and only the Owner can transfer ownership.

Yes, it is normal. Members are provided only Dashboard · Groups · Members (3 menus). Serials, Activity Log, and Settings are admin (Owner·Admin) only. → Member View Guide

Members have no change functions. Ask the organization's Owner or Admin for group creation, member invitations, serial registration, etc.

Check serials you are using in the serial list at the bottom of the Dashboard screen. If it is empty, no serials are in use yet.
